२२ बर्षे अल्लारे उमेरमा झण्डै सत्तरी जना बिधार्थीहरुको ५ बर्षको लागी अध्ययन छात्रब्रित्ति सहयोग गर्ने र साथै रसुवाको नशा नशामा सामाजिक भावनाको बिजारोपण गर्न सक्षम किसन देवकोटाको प्रयास आफैमा उदाहरण हो, युवा जोस र जागरणको।चर्चाबाहिर रहेर पनि उनमा रहेको निरन्तर लगनशिल भावना नै समाज भित्रको आट जस्तो, परिबर्तनको सुत्रधारजस्तो र र र एक नदेखिने माया जस्तो । उनले ठुलो ठुलो एन् जि ओ जस्तो ब्यापार गरेको होइन , समाजको जरा जरामा पानी हालेको हो , त्यसको असर अहिले देखिदैन तर त्यो झ्याङ्गिएपछि एक गजवको आकार लिन्छ ।
