केहि ढिलो भएपनि माघ १ गते देखी रसुवाको सदरमुकाम धुन्चेमा नेपाल टेलिकमको नमस्ते मोबाइल ( जि एस् एम् प्रबिधि) सँचालनमा आएको छ । यसको क्षमता धुन्चेबाट ५ किलोमीटर वरपर रहेको बताइएको छ । तर रसुवाको पुरानो सदरमुकाम स्याफ्रुबेसीमा भने यसको नेटवर्क कभरेज छैन ।अनि टेलिकम धुन्चे अगाडि फैलिने खाली हातहरुले मोबाइल समातेर अब भन्नेछन् - " म धुन्चेमा , अनि सन्चै !"
