स्याप्रुबेसी -रसुवा, वैशाख १६ - तामाङ संास्कृतिक ट्रायलमा सम्पन्न पहिलो माउन्टेन बाइक रेसमा सुरेशकुमार दुलालले सुरेन्द्र र्राईलाई ०.३९ सेकेन्डले उछिन्दै पहिलो भएका छन् । साइकल रेसको लामो अनुभव मद्दतले सुरेश २८ किलोमिटरको रेस २ घन्टा ११
मिनेट ४७।३२ सेकेन्डमा पूरा गर्न सफल भए ।

प्रतियोगितामा पहिलो हुने सुरेशले २५ हजार नगद पुरस्कार हात पारे । त्यस्तै, सुरेन्द्रले १५ हजार र तेस्रो भएका पदम साबेङहाङले दस हजार रुपैया“ प्राप्त गरे ।

महिलातर्फप्रतियोगितामा निर्जला ताम्राकारले ३ घन्टा ३५ मिनेट ५४ सेकेन्डमा रेस पूरा गरिन् । उनले ८ हजार रुपैया“ हात पारिन् । अर्की सहभागी केली बोउमाले पा“च हजार रपैया“ हासिल गरिन् । प्रतियोगितामा २१ सहभागीमध्ये दर्ुइ महिला थिए ।

सुरुको उकालोमा स्पिडको फाइदा लिंदै सुरेन्द्र अघि थिए । तर, प्राविधिक सीप चाहिने गाउ“ तथा जंगलको बाटोमा सुरेशले सुरेन्द्रलाई उछिन्दै अघि बढे र रेस पूरा गरे ।

पर्यटन, संस्कृति तथा उड्डयन सचिव माधव घिमिरे तथा बेलायती राजदूत यान्ड्रयु हले विजयी खेलाडीलाई पुरस्कार वितरण गरेका थिए ।

This is the peak of Sanjen Himal from where Chilime River starts to flow .

I have taken this photograph from the Rongga Bhanjyang at 2187 meters. , view point of 1st mountain bike race competition from Syafrubesi to Gatlang and returned to Thambuchet, Chilime Village.

I think the view point, Ronga Dada is the NAGARKOT of Syafrubesi area.From this point, We can easily find out the peaks of Nepal on both hands.

Mountain Biking in the Tamang Heritage Trails of Rasuwa, Langtang

One of the nearest destinations from Kathmandu, Langtang, Rasuwa, is one of the most beautiful destination Nepal has to offer.

Its easy access, close proximity to the capital and unparalleled beauty of majestic mountains dotted with quaint villages rich in culture makes it a nature lover’s delight.

The mountain bike race is the first of its kind in a region that has remained untouched for decades. Tourism for Rural Poverty Alleviation Program (TRPAP) has been a frontrunner at using a ‘hands on approach’ to transform tourism as a proactive force to bring about a change. Himalaya Expeditions is also guided by the same principle “development through tourism”.

Interested people can take an early morning hike up to the view point above Goljung at 2320 meters for a view of the majestic mountains before driving back to Kathmandu. So , Please find out distance from Dhunche to Syafrubesi.??!!! I am confused . Am I Right ?

रसुवा, चैत ३० - सरर हावा चलेपछि रसुवाका अधिकांश स्थानमा हप्तौं विद्युत् अवरुद्ध हुने गरेको छ । प्राविधिकहरूका अनुसार एउटा पोलबाट अर्कोको दूरी निकै टाढा रहेकाले तारमा सानो पातले र्स्पर्श गर्दा पनि विद्युत् जानेे गरेको हो ।

विद्युत् आपर्ूर्ति बन्द हु“दा सबैभन्दा बढी साइबर क्याफे, इमेल/इन्टनेट, होटल व्यवसायी र आ“खा केन्द्र प्र्रभावित हुने गरेको छ । काजोल साइबर खोलेका तेप्पा तामाङले भने- र्'पर्यटकीय नगरी धुन्चेमा कतै इमेल/इन्टरनेट नभएपछि साइबर खोलेको हु“ तर सातासम्म विद्युत् अवरुद्ध हु“दा लगानी नैै उठ्दैन ।' होटल व्यवसायी छ्वाङ तेन्जिन तामाङलेे आपर्ूर्ति अवरुद्ध हु“दा घरमा जडान गरिएका विद्युतीय सामग्रीकोे कामै भएन । उनले भने- 'चिम छ बत्ती छैन, टुकी र मैनबत्ती बालेर ग्राहकलाई सेवा दिनुपर्दा कठिनाइ भइरहेको छ ।' साइबर र होेल मात्रै होइन हालै खोलिएको रसुवा सामुदायिक आ“खा केन्द्रलेे पनि सास्ती खेप्दै आएको छ । 'विद्युत् नहु“दा आ“खाका रोगीलाई सेवा दिन समस्या छ,' केन्द्र प्रमुख सरोज देवकोटाले भने- 'आ“खा जा“च गर्न लाग्यो बत्ती झ्याप्पै जान्छ, बिरामीलाई बत्ती आएपछि मात्र जचाउन आउनू भन्ने गरेको छु ।'

माथिल्लो भेग स्याप्र'mु, गोल्जुङ, गत्लाङ र चिलिमेलगायत स्थानका बासिन्दा राम्ररी बत्ती बाल्न नपाएकामा गुनासो गर्छन् । गत्लाङका सञ्जय तामाङलेे भने- 'बिजुली बत्ती त हर्ेनलाई मात्र राखेको जस्तो छ, कामै छैन ।' धुन्चेलगायत माथिल्लो भेगमा बिजुली बाल्ने पा“च सय घरधुरी छन् । नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरण रसुवाका प्रविधिकले पनि बत्ती राम्ररी नआएकामा दिक्क मान्छन् ।

तर यसैबिच रियालिटी बाईट्सलाई प्राप्त जानकारीका अनुसार रसुवामा नेपाल बिधुत् प्राधिकरणले सबस्टेशन निर्माण गर्ने कार्य अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको छ ।

हेर्दा धागो बुनिरहेको यो दृश्य खासै असर गर्ने खालको नहोला।

तर भेडाको उनलाई रुवा कातेको जस्तै सुरुमा सुद्द धागो बनाईन्छ ।

Well, ya.. I have lots of stories about Langtang trip…
In fact, that was the first time in my life, I saw snow and snow fall as well..
we stayed at LaRaNi guest house in Dhunche.. climbed to Chandanbari..
but unfortunately I could not go to Gosaikunda.. I still can memorize the hotel where we used to have lunch and dinner…
We went to Syafrubesi too and had some apple juice ( fermented one) at Thulo Syafru.…
The place is really amazing..

It is like a piece of heaven on earth ..

Then we reached Dhunche during March I believe, it was already dark…
But the very next morning, we saw all mountains around us covered by snow (only peaks though)…

That was really beautiful…
and I remember the words coming out of our mouth: “wow”…

I heard a lot about Kyanjing and Langtang valley…
tried my best to get time for at least a week for a trip to these places…
But, my bad luck, I started to work immediately I finished college and never had a week long holiday after that…
Also, I believe, the intensified conflict was a major reason to keep my dream suppressed until recently…
Your blog reminded me my dream trek to langtang…
I will start accumulating leave days for this trek.

I have some pictures from the trip..
But they are in hard copy and I need to scan them to share with you…
I am really glad to see your blog to promote domestic tourism for Langtang region...
Nepalese are getting time and money to buy a trip to Singapore, Switzerland, Bangkok, but are ignoring a piece of heaven just behind us…

When we were there, there was a bottled water plant (producing Himalayan Spring Water) at Dhunche. Is it still there?

I am sure that above story of my Langtang trip is not systematic and well written and I know that I am very poor on documenting my thoughts (even more the travel journals)…

कान्तिपुरका रसुवा समाचारदाताका अनुसार बाबु रेसमबहादुर लामिछाने र विवाहिता छोरी अम्बिका लामिछाने रिजाल प्राइभेट परीक्षार्थीका रूपमा रसुवा उच्चमावि धुन्चेमा परीक्षा दिइरहेका छन् । उनकी माइली छोरी लक्ष्मी नियमित परीक्षार्थीको रूपमा एसएलसी दि“दै छन् ।

लहरेपौवा-९ निवासी रेसम एसएलसी पास गरी छाड्ने
बताउ“छन् । 'एकपटक फेल भएर छोड्ने गरेकाहरूलाई उदाहरण देखाउने धोको छ,' ४१ वषर्ीय रेसमले कान्तिपुरस“ग भने । उनी जिल्ला हुलाक कार्यालय धुन्चेमा कार्यरत छन् ।

तेइस वर्षघि असफल भएपछि उनले परीक्षा दिन छाडेका थिए । पा“च सन्तानका बाबु रेसमले छोरीस“ग परीक्षा दि“दा खुसी लागेको बताए । उनकी माइली छोरी लक्ष्मीले लहरेपौवास्थित नीलकण्ठ उमावि केन्द्रबाट परीक्षा दिएकी छन् ।

केन्द्रका केन्द्राध्यक्ष रामनारायण चौधरीले बाबुछोरीले ज्ञानको ज्योतिलाई बुझेर उदारणीय कार्य गरेको बताए ।
बझाङ समाचारदाताका अनुसार यहा“ बाबु, आमा र छोराछोरीस“गै सहभागी भएका छन् ।
भैरवनाथ मावि सोताका शिक्षक कलक रावल र रुणुका छोराछोरीस“गै एसएलसी परीक्षा दिन लागेका हुन् ।

तीस वर्षघि पहिलोपटक एसएलसी परीक्षा दिएर असफल भएपछि शिक्षक पेसामा ३१ वर्षसेवा गरे पनि एसएलसी पास गर्ने धोको अधुरै रहेकाले परीक्षा दिन लागेकोे ५२ वषर्ीया कलकले बताए । जिल्लाका ६ वटा केन्द्रमध्ये सत्यवादी केन्द्रबाट कलक र रुणुका र अर्काे केन्द्रबाट छोरा नवीन र छोरी मीराले परीक्षा दि“दै छन् ।

धुन्चे बजारमा कान्तिपुर दैनिकका पत्रकार कृष्ण थापासँग यो हप्ता २ पटक भेट भयो ।

गत शुक्रबार भेट हुदा रसुवाको धैबुङको समाचार बारे फोनमा उनी ब्यस्त थिए । गाउ परिषद बिथोलिएको कुरा फोनमा गर्दै गर्दा एस् एल् सी को समाचार कान्तिपुरमा ईमेल् गरेको भन्दै थिए ।

तर कान्तिपुरमा बिज्ञापनको चाङमा रसुवाका समाचार पर्न गारो छदैछ - मैले सोचे । मिडिया प्वाईन्टबाट प्रशिक्षित् नुवाकोट् घरभएका कृष्णलाई मैले स्याफ्रुमा अघिल्लोपटक भेटदा भने उनीसँग मोबाइल थिएन , तर समाचार ठुलो थियो। सिडिएमए फोनले नेपालको कुनाकाप्चा जोडेको भान भै रहेको छ अहिले। तेसो त काठमान्डौ अझै मोबाइल् पाउन काकाकुल छदैछ, सुचनाको साम्राज्य न पर्यो ।

डेस्कमा पहुचले कहिलेकाहि बाहिरका पत्रकारको समाचार पछि पर्छन् । र छोटकरीमै ति अटाउछन्। र बिना कुनै फलोअप समाचारको मुल्य मर्छ ।

कान्तिपुर टेलिभिजन कसले हेर्छ रसुवामा? मेरो प्रश्नको जवाफमा कृष्ण अडकेर भने- मैले गर्न सक्छु तर त्यो त रिपोर्टर आफैले मुभि क्यामरा किन्नु पर्छ । तेश्रो पर्यटकिय गन्तब्य भएको जिल्ला हेर्ने रिपोर्टरलाई २४सै घन्टा प्रशारण हुने कान्तिपुर टेलिभिजनले क्यामरा दिन सक्दैन? यथार्थ तितो नै हुन्छ तर मैले ठुलो उत्साह देखेको छु, उनको समाचारमा ।

यातायातको अभावमा पनि उनी हिडेर गाउ गाउ पुगेका छन । ग्राङ्को त्रास , रसुवामा पर्यटक बढेका देखि गुफामा बसेका मान्छेका समाचारमा उनि झुल्किन्छन् । स्वास्थ्य र शिक्षाका समाचार उनि खोजी खोजी हिडछन् ।

स्पष्ट् र सरल् भाषा बोल्ने उनी फोन उठाउने बितिकै भन्छन् - म कृष्ण थापा भन्ने मान्छे बोलेको ।
